These Terms & Conditions apply to all personal training services, online coaching, and digital programmes provided by VitaFit.
By purchasing or participating in VitaFit services you agree to these terms.
1. Coaching Services
VitaFit provides personal training, online coaching, and structured training programmes designed to support health, strength and fitness goals.
Participation in any programme or coaching service is voluntary and subject to the Health Commitment Declaration.
2. Session Bookings & Cancellations
For in-person personal training sessions:
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited.
This policy exists to protect scheduled coaching time.
3. Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
This ensures fairness to other clients booked after you.
4. Session Block Expiry
Personal training sessions purchased in blocks must be used within the following timeframe:
• 12 session blocks must be used within 15 weeks of purchase.
Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and cannot be carried forward.
Exceptions may be made in cases of injury or illness at the discretion of VitaFit.
5. Payments
All coaching services and programmes must be paid for in advance.
Payments may be made through the website or via agreed payment methods.
Access to programmes or services will only be provided once payment has been received.
6. Refund Policy
Payments for coaching services and digital programmes are non-refundable once the service has begun or programme access has been granted.
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of VitaFit.
7. Online Coaching & Digital Programmes
Online coaching services and digital programmes may be delivered through platforms such as Trainerize or other digital tools.
Access to digital programmes is provided for 15 weeks from the date of purchase (12 weeks programme duration plus 3 weeks buffer). After this period, access will be removed. This timeframe is communicated clearly at the point of purchase. Extensions will not be granted except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of VitaFit.
Clients are responsible for:
• Following programme guidance
• Communicating injuries or concerns
• Performing exercises safely
VitaFit cannot guarantee results as outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency and lifestyle factors.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in exercise.
Participation in VitaFit programmes confirms agreement with the Health Commitment Declaration.
9. Communication
Clients are encouraged to communicate any injuries, concerns or difficulties with their programme as soon as possible so adjustments can be made.
10. Termination of Services
VitaFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services if a client behaves in a way that is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.
Clients may stop coaching services at any time, however unused sessions remain subject to the block expiry policy.
11. Changes to Terms
VitaFit reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version will always be available on the VitaFit website.
12. Programme Access
Digital programme access is time-limited.
Clients purchasing the Foundation programme will have access for 15 weeks from the date of purchase.
This is clearly stated at the point of purchase and by proceeding you confirm you understand and accept this condition.
