Health Commitment Declaration – VitaFit

This document outlines the responsibilities of both VitaFit and its clients when participating in coaching, training programmes or fitness services.

Please read this document carefully before purchasing or participating in any VitaFit service.

At VitaFit, our goal is to help individuals improve their health, strength and confidence through safe, structured training and lifestyle guidance.

By participating in any coaching, programme, training session or digital service provided by VitaFit, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and exercise choices.

Our Responsibilities to You

VitaFit commits to:

  1. Provide training programmes, coaching guidance and educational materials designed to support safe and effective exercise.

  2. Deliver coaching based on recognised fitness industry standards and best practices.

  3. Encourage safe training habits and appropriate exercise technique.

  4. Make reasonable adjustments to training where possible if you inform us of injuries, limitations or health considerations.

  5. Provide support and guidance within the scope of the agreed coaching service.

Your Responsibilities to Yourself

By participating in VitaFit coaching or programmes, you confirm that:

  1. You will only perform exercises within your personal capabilities and will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, illness or discomfort.

  2. You understand that exercise involves inherent risks including injury, illness or aggravation of existing conditions.

  3. You accept full responsibility for monitoring your own physical condition during training.

  4. You will inform VitaFit of any new injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations before continuing the programme.

  5. You will seek advice from a qualified medical professional before beginning or continuing exercise if you have any concerns about your health.

  6. You understand that coaching advice provided by VitaFit does not constitute medical advice.

  7. You confirm that no medical professional has advised you to avoid physical exercise.

  8. You understand that VitaFit coaching may be delivered remotely. In the event of a medical emergency during training, you will contact the emergency services directly.

Exercise Selection & Training Decisions

You understand that training programmes provided by VitaFit may include suggested exercises, repetitions, sets, loads and progressions.

You acknowledge that:

 

• All exercises are performed at your own discretion and risk.
• You are responsible for selecting appropriate weights, intensity levels and exercise variations suitable for your own ability and physical condition.
• If an exercise causes pain, discomfort or concern, you will stop immediately and choose an alternative exercise or seek guidance.
• VitaFit cannot guarantee that any specific exercise will be appropriate for every individual.

Programme Compliance

You acknowledge that the safety and effectiveness of any programme depends on following the instructions, guidance and recommended progressions provided by VitaFit.

VitaFit cannot be held responsible for injuries, lack of results or adverse outcomes that occur where programme instructions are ignored, modified without guidance, or performed incorrectly.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, strength training and fitness activities carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Muscle strains or joint injuries
• Falls or accidents during exercise
• Aggravation of existing injuries or conditions
• Cardiovascular stress or medical events

By choosing to participate, you voluntarily accept these risks.

Liability

By participating in VitaFit coaching, programmes or digital services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits.
• VitaFit and its coaches will not be responsible for injuries, illness or damages resulting from participation in exercise activities, except where required by applicable law.

Online Coaching & Digital Programme Disclaimer

Where training programmes are delivered remotely (for example through Trainerize, PDFs or online platforms):

• You acknowledge that exercises may be performed without direct supervision.
• You accept responsibility for ensuring your environment, equipment and technique are safe.
• This declaration may be completed digitally. A digital submission constitutes acceptance of these terms.
