"I began PT with Chris in 2018 and 7 years on I still enjoy every session. I’m Chris, founder of VitaFit.

After years of working long hours in a demanding career and neglecting my health, I made the decision to completely change direction. I lost over 7 stone by rebuilding my fitness, my habits, and my mindset — and that journey is what shapes how I coach today.

I’ve now spent over a decade coaching real people with real lives, helping them lose fat, build strength, and create routines that actually stick. I’m a Precision Nutrition certified coach and focus on simple, sustainable strategies — not extremes or quick fixes.

My approach is personal, supportive, and structured. Whether you’re training in person or online, the goal is the same: long-term results you can maintain.
